God of War, Red Dead Redemption II Tops Games Awards Nominations

When it comes to gaming, there are a whole lot of games out there but when it comes to the game people really love, only a few games tops the charts.

This year games award nominations have seen Rockstar Games “Red Dead Redemption” and PlayStation 4 “God of War” top the nominations charts with eight nominations apiece. Marvel’s SpiderMan took the second spot with seven nominations.

The Winners of the Games Award will be revealed on December 6 at the LA Live Microsoft Theater and the event will also feature revelations of new games and video games.

Fans can vote for winners at several social and digital platforms including on Thegamesawards.com.

According to Variety, “certain award categories can also be voted on directly via Facebook Messenger and Twitter Direct Message. Fans can talk to Amazon Alexa to vote for specific categories, and also use their voice to vote via The Game Awards action, which works with the Google Assistant. People will also be able to help select the winners in all categories of The Game Awards by voting for their favorites in the official The Game Awards Discord server.”
