Huawei Honor V8 which is the next in line of the company’s Honor branded devices would be coming on May 10th at an official Huawei event for the device according to reports from the Chinese mobile blog Gizmochina. The Honor V8 device is rumored to come packing ‘next to flagship’ specs and features, including; Kirin 950 chipset, 4GB of RAM, and a fingerprint sensor.
Other expected design structure and specs of the mobile phone include; a 5.5-inch 1080p touchscreen display, alongside 3000 mAh battery, a USB Type-C port and some interesting dual-cameras as the main snapper, just as seen in the recently unveiled Huawei P9. The said cameras are suggested to be dual 12MP shooters accompanied with an LED. The selfie camera on the other hand is said to be an 8MP snapper.
The Huawei Honor V8 would be priced in China at about CNY 2000 if the reports is anything to go by. The Chinese price pecks the international cost at about $308 or €273 with current exchange rates. The Honor V8 event is expected to also bring the successor of the Honor 7i, aptly called Honor 8i according to same reports.
