Lenovo Vibe X3 Goes Official In India, Priced at $293


Lenovo has launched it’s latest flagship device in the Indian market. The new device dubbed Lenovo Vibe X3 would be hitting Amazon India starting tomorrow 28th January, priced at INR 19,999 ($293).

While the new Vibe X3 lenovo device is out-rightly mid-ranged priced, Lenovo did put in a few tricks to see it’s worth being called a flagship device. The Vibe X3 audio quality is top-notch, as that’s where Lenovo whole concentrated on, fixing in powerful stereo speakers up front in the device. The headphone output is handled by a ESS Sabre 9018C2M DAC with 3x op-amp for music and Cirrus Logic Wolfson WM8281 for phone calls. The phone also offers Dolby Atmos effect over headphones and speakers.

Asides the incredible audio boost, the overall specifications of the device can said to be above average, considering it’s sub-$300 pricing.

Lenovo Vibe X3 features

The Vibe X3 features a 5.5-inch 1080p display, the innards of the device includes a Snapdragon 808 processor which handles the everyday duties run on the device, 3GB of RAM for seamless activities, while a 32GB internal storage is provided for keeping files and other stuffs. There’s room for memory expansion via a microSD card space. The Vibe X3 runs on Android 5.1 OS with Lenovo’s custom Vibe UI.

Like most Lenovo/Chinese devices, it’s a dual SIM device. There’s support for 4G LTE connection, InfraRed, and even a fingerprint sensor for an added security. Photography is provided by a 21MP rear camera with PDAF and 4K capabilities. To power the device, there’s a 3600mAh battery inside.

Currently, there’s no telling when the Lenovo Vibe X3 will hit other markets, but we should expect it to be sometime around this first quarter of 2016.
