LG Mobile could have been engrossed in the production of a new device which could be expecting anytime soon if the leak from GFX Benchmark is anything to go by. The new device which comes trotting the device name “LG H840” was spotted on the bench-marking site with some details shown-off.
From the bench-marking screenshot, the LG H840 packs a hefty 3GB of RAM alongside 32GB of internal memory. There’s a Qualcomm octa-core CPU, alongside Adreno 510 GPU on board the device. The camera units are listed as 8MP on both the front/selfie snapper and the rear/main shooter.
One thing however doesn’t add up, the operating system is listed as a far back Android 4.4 Kitkat OS, definitely some kind of mistake, as the least OS any OEM would/should be willing to add to a new device is Android 5.1 Lollipop OS, based on the recent Marshmallow OS and the Android N being developed.
There’s indications and rumors that the LG H840 could be a variant of the upcoming LG G5 which bears the model number LG-830. So, could this be the LG G5 Lite?
