Tecno mobile recently showed off another smartphone, and the first device from the company to run/boot Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS on startup. The device dubbed Tecno W4 is the first device in the W series of smartphones, so we expect quite a few others in the coming months.
The Tecno 4 is on the mid-range side of devices the Chinese OEM company are shelling out, so the pricing isn’t cut throat to say the least. On the plush side, the W4 interestingly is a 4G LTE device, so you probably would enjoy high speed internet access from NTEL if you are in Nigeria.
Full specifications of the Tecno W4 include;
- 5.0 High Definition Screen Display
- Dual Micro sim card
- Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS
- Wide angle camera with Beautification effect
- 1.3 GHz Quad-core memory
- 8MP back camera and 2MP front camera amazing for selfies
- Internal memory of 16GB (Expandable to 64GB) and 1GB of ram speed
- 3G and 4G connectivity
- 2500mah long lasting 48hours use battery
If you care about the size of your device and love the large screened devices, then Tecno W4 may just be for you. The device comes in a hefty 6.0″ HD display all capacitive, the innards include a Quad-Core MediaTek CPU clocked at 1.3GHz on each core, a very small 1GB of RAM, and an unimpressive 16GB of internal storage ( which can be expandable to up to 64GB via a microSD card). Cameras adorning the device are 8MP main shooter on the rear, and 2MP Front-facing snapper in front for selfies and video calling.
The Tecno W4 has a 2500mAh battery on board which gives it the necessary power to boot, and the Chinese company believes the battery life would last for 48 hours on constant usage. Curious about the price? Tecno W4 retails for around 27,000 Naira currently in the Nigerian market.
