Timbaland Early Life
Timbaland who was born Timothy Zachary Mosley on the 10th of March 1972, to Garland and Latrice Mosley who were employee at Amtrak and a homeless shelter manager respectively; in Norfolk, Virginia.
He is the oldest of three children, whose names are Sébastien (younger brother) and Courtney Rashon (sister). Timbaland started music production at a very tender age, while in high school. He teamed up with star rap artist who was popularly known by his stage name Magoo.
He later joined the ‘surrounded by idiots’ music production team. Later in 1986, Timbaland got shot by a colleague, leaving him paralyzed partially for about nine months.
Timbaland despite being partially paralyzed, didn’t allow that to dampen his zeal for disc jockeying as he started getting acquainted with using his left hand to disc jockey.
Timbaland’s excellent and creative work piece later caught the attention of rapper Missy Elliot who wasted no time in working with him.
